Discovery Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge at the San Antonio community to welcome residents and guests, manage front-desk operations, and support daily resident services. This full-time role requires efficiency, warmth, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle calls, greet visitors, coordinate appointments, and assist with collateral materials while maintaining confidential, accurate records and contributing to a positive community culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and screen telephone calls, manage messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and provide directions as needed.
• Support resident services and maintain a welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with distributing mail, coordinating appointments, and managing schedules.
• Maintain organized resident lists, rosters, and sign-in sheets.
• Coordinate transportation, salon services, and other community resources.
