What will I be doing?

Fulfill Front Desk Clerk duties primarily, and Relief Night Auditor duties occasionally, contributing to our service culture and company success:

Front Desk Duties:
  • Ensure positive and memorable interactions with owners and guests during check-in/out and while responding to requests.
  • Input and maintain reservation records in the computerized system.
  • Confirm unit availability, adhering to rental policies to optimize inventory.
  • Generate invoices and process payments for rentals and merchandise sales.
  • Issue and control unit keys and manage safety deposit boxes.
  • Assist with reservations, changes, and resolve availability issues.
  • Handle housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with departments.
  • Restock supplies and prepare arrival packets.
  • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities.
  • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.
Night Audit Duties:
  • Balance daily revenue and expenses, identify and correct discrepancies, and produce management reports.
  • Ensure all charges are correctly posted and balanced with supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile charges with the general ledger, close shifts, and prepare for the next day.
  • Generate housekeeping reports and departure folios.
  • Compile revenue reports and manage cash funds and deposits.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules and cover shifts on short notice.
  • Experience in cash handling and data entry.

Preferred Capabilities:

  • Experience in hospitality or related fields.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
