Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving/transferring all incoming calls, making/confirming lodge reservations, registering guests, securing payment, assigning rooms, and making sales and processing merchandise payments while providing high standard guest services.

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and qualify for a Tribal "Non-Gaming" License.
• High school graduate or GED preferred; must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace.
• Hotel or customer service experience preferred; telephone answering and retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to accurately process monetary transactions.
• Computer experience required.
• Familiar with word processing.
• Comfortable approaching people, speaking with strangers, and handling conflicts and problem resolution during high volume situations.

Physical Requirements

Requires ability to stand for up to four hours, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive motions. Normal vision acuity (or corrected) and hearing. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
