First Urology is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk team member to greet patients, answer calls, and manage schedules in a fast-paced urology practice in Louisville, KY. You will verify insurance, document encounters in the EMR, and coordinate referrals while delivering exceptional patient service.

The role requires at least 1 year in a medical office, strong English communication, and familiarity with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical receptionist/assistant experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA.
• Strong data entry skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Responds to patient requests/messages, gives information, sets appointments, etc. Skilled in written and verbal communication to assist with a variety of issues. Excellent ability to multitask required.
