First Urology PSC in Louisville, KY seeks a Medical Scribe to enter patient information into the EMR, transcribe appointments, and support check-in/check-out processes. You will document physician-patient interactions and maintain accurate records to support clinical care.

They will be responsible for transcribing patient appointments and documenting physician-patient interactions, including taking notes during patient interviews, entering information into a patient database and writing notes that the physician has dictated.
