DARCARS of Greenwich seeks an Automotive Service Cashier / Receptionist to be the front-line ambassador of the dealership. You will greet showroom customers, direct them to the right department, answer basic inquiries, and take messages with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include data entry, switchboard management, and assisting sales staff with day-to-day tasks. A professional image and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must speak clearly on the telephone and with in-person customers
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Spanish language ability is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and policy documents
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit
• Direct customers to the correct department or salesperson
• Answer basic customer inquiries and route complex inquiries
• Enter data into prospect tracking system
• Manage switchboard
• Distribute messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Provide general information to callers
• Update telephone roster when needed
• Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned
• Serve as showroom greeter
• Handle sale and service receipts if applicable
• Other duties as assigned by management
