Back Alley Bowling in Glendale, CA seeks Front Desk Attendants to create a welcoming bowling experience for guests. You will help guests choose their bowling experience, assist with equipment, answer phones, and direct calls to other departments while maintaining front desk cleanliness and organization.

The role involves interacting with guests, handling cash, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operation of lanes and leagues.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts: day, night, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with friendly greeting and provide information.
• Ensure maximum lane utilization by managing guest flow.
• Accurately assign rental shoes, lanes, billiard tables, and lockers.
• Clean, spray and disinfect rental shoes after return.
• Track lane availability and assign open lanes.
• Prepare for leagues, ensuring start times.
• Promptly notify staff of any malfunctions and log it.
• Operate POS accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests and team members as needed.
