Job summary

The Inn at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, seeks a Front Desk Attendant to provide warm, professional service and create a memorable guest experience.

This full-time role involves checking guests in and out, confirming details, processing payments, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. A 21+ age requirement, strong customer service, and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests, verify room rate, assign room and issue keys.
• Provide information on hotel policies, services, amenities and promotions.
• Handle check-out, process payments and post charges.
• Balance cash, credit card and checks at end of shift.
• Respond to guest concerns and escalate as needed to management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room status and special requests.
