Qualifications

• Age 21+; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Positive and upbeat personality.
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in, verify room rate, select room, code keys, provide welcome packet, and direct to room.
• Provide detailed information about hotel policies, services, amenities and promotions in person or by phone.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensure charges are correct, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Balance cash, credit card, and checks at end of shift.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues as needed to management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room counts, status, issues and requests.

As our Full‑time Front Desk Attendant, we'll count on you to create an exceptional first impression and luxury experience for all our guests

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Attendant, you will:

• Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check‑in confirming guest information, verifying room rate, selecting room, coding electronic keys, providing welcome packet, and providing directions to room.
• Provide detailed and accurate information in person or over the phone regarding hotel policies, services, amenities, and special promotions.
• Assist guests with check‑out ensuring room and services are correctly accounted and process payments and post charges to guest accounts.
• Balance all cash, credit card, and check transactions at the end of each shift.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints and communicate outstanding issues that require additional monitoring or follow‑up to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room counts, room status, maintenance issues, and special requests.

What it Takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
