As part of the Marriott family, we uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality. We’re currently seeking a professional, personable, and dependable Front Desk Attendant to join our guest services team.

Your Role:
As a Front Desk Attendant, you are the face of our hotel. You’ll provide outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries in person, via phone, and email
  • Handle payment processing and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Uphold all Marriott and property standards and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy; experience with hotel PMS systems a plus (e.g., FOSSE or Opera)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
