Job summary

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a Front Desk Attendant at the Gold Coast location. This part-time role offers a welcoming, safe environment and requires delivering high quality customer service while upholding FFC values.

Shifts are Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays 5-8pm, Sundays 5-8pm, with compensation of $17.05 per hour. You’ll greet members, check-in guests, and support the Membership team in a busy club setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
• Check-in members and guests to the club
• Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
• Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
• Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
• Attend all required department and club staff meetings
• Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers

Location: FFC Gold Coast

Required Shifts: Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays 5-8pm, Sundays 5-8pm

Compensation: $17.05 per hour (minimum wage)
