Job summary

Fitness Formula Clubs in Chicago invites a friendly Front Desk Attendant to join our Gold Coast club. You will greet members, check-in guests, and support the Membership Department while upholding our service standards.

This role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and proactive problem solving in a lively fitness environment. The position is part-time with shifts on Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays 5-8pm, Sundays 5-8pm, offering $17.05 per hour and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; provide a welcoming environment.

We are looking to hire a Front Desk Attendant who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. At FFC high-quality customer service is a must! Position: Front Desk Attendant

Job Type: Part-Time

Location: FFC Gold Coast

Required Shifts: Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays 5-8pm, Sundays 5-8pm

Compensation: $17.05 per hour (minimum wage)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet members by name and create a great first impression of the club
• Check-in members and guests to the club
• Act as liaison between current and prospective members and Membership Department
• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Field all member questions, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as needed
• Perform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk
• Take payment as needed and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of the shift
• Attend all required department and club staff meetings
• Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
