Job summary

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff at our Chicago-area club. The role is full-time and located at FFC Gold Coast.

You will follow hospitality standards and embrace FFC's core values of friendliness and superior service while performing laundering, cleaning, and routine housekeeping duties, and you will report safety concerns to ensure a well-run facility.

Qualifications

• Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers.
• Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the company's Core Values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement.
• Respond to the member's concerns, suggestions and requests.
• Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times.
• Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager.

Responsibilities

• Sort, launder, fold linens and towels.
• Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facility.
• Vacuum all carpeting.
• Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains.
• Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.

Compensation: $17.05 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
