Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) in Park Ridge is seeking a Cafe Attendant for a part-time role. You will greet members warmly, assist with product selections, and maintain a clean café area while handling transactions accurately and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for this role as the ability to serve alcohol.
• Food Safety Certification: Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense)

Responsibilities

• Welcome with a Smile: Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive
• Engage & Assist: Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they need
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area that reflects FFC's commitment to superior service
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and services
• Food & Safety: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codes
• Prepare Delicious Treats: Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our members
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the café running smoothly
