Bowie Barker in West Hollywood is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome dogs and their humans, answer questions, and guide guests through our appointment-based services and membership options. You will help maintain a clean, safe shop, promote grooming packages, and assist across operations as needed, bringing enthusiasm for dogs and a friendly, professional demeanor to every interaction.

This role supports our flagship store as we grow, with opportunities to collaborate with grooming pros

Dogs make us happy, and we want to return their love by keeping them as happy and healthy as we can. Which is why we started Bowie Barker, a new kind of dog bath and groomerie. We are modernizing the dog grooming experience with our elevated design and easy-app-based booking system. Our We Groom/You Groom business model makes it easy for pet parents to pop in and wash their dog, or you can schedule an appointment with one of our highly skilled and vetted dog grooming pros for a full-service bathing option. The menu includes customized services to meet every dog's needs and extra attention to what we know our furry friends want.This position may involve additional duties as necessary to maintain operational efficiency and security.

We are looking for Front Desk Associates to be part of growing this new and exciting brand. This person will be working as a front desk associate in West Hollywood and ensuring its success as a flagship for future growth.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
• Enjoy working with people, and dogs, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.

Pay Range: $19.50/hour
