Job summary

Bowie Barker, based in Culver City, seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet clients and their dogs, manage bookings, and keep the shop running smoothly. You will promote memberships and services, answer questions, maintain a clean, safe environment, and support team members across operations while sharing a genuine love for dogs.

Experience in customer service is valued; strong communication and basic math skills help with payments and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create great experiences for dogs and their humans.
• Promote memberships, services and products that are beneficial to dogs.
• Maintain and clean and safe environment.
• Answer guest questions and educate them on ways to take care of their pets.
• Acknowledge and greet every dog and human who enters and leaves our shop.
• Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention.
• Express your love and enthusiasm for dogs!
