Job summary

Movement in Boulder is seeking friendly Front Desk team members to welcome members and guests, guide them to programs, and uphold an exceptional guest experience. This part-time role requires weekday morning availability and starting pay listed below, with opportunities to contribute to a vibrant climbing, yoga, and fitness community.

You will handle check-ins, tours, product education, and basic retail assistance while delivering safe belay checks and guiding introductory classes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Provide a welcoming, knowledgeable presence in all interactions.
• Guide members to products and programs and explain member benefits.
• Check in members, conduct transactions, and assist with retail.
• Deliver belay checks, floor walks, and monitor the gym for safety.
• Perform facility upkeep, cleaning tasks, and light projects.
• Instruct introductory climbing classes (training provided).
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and be coachable.
• Manage member concerns professionally.
