Movement Front Desk team members are the face of the gym in Mountain View, delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable service to members and guests. This part-time role is ideal for those who enjoy connecting with people and sharing a passion for climbing, yoga, and fitness while guiding members into programs that fit their goals.

You will check in guests, lead gym tours, sell memberships and retail, instruct introductory climbing classes (training provided), and help maintain a safe, clean facility.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, people-facing role.
• Able to operate front desk software and follow policies.
• Interest in climbing/yoga/fitness and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Provide welcoming, knowledgeable presence in all interactions.
• Give gym tours and guided experiences.
• Educate about memberships, promotions, and products.
• Check in members, process transactions, and assist with retail.
• Instruct Introductory climbing classes (training provided).
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
