Job summary

Movement is seeking a Front Desk Closer to greet members and guests, conduct tours, guide them to programs and memberships, and ensure a welcoming community experience.

Responsibilities include check-ins, retail assistance, belay checks, floor walks, and instructing Introductory climbing classes, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Be a guide: provide a welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable presence in all interactions; invite them into the community and guide them to products and programs.
• Speak knowledgeably about amenities, features, member benefits and perks, the community, and programs that Movement offers.
• Welcome all members and guests, conduct gym tours and personalized guided experiences.
• Educate members and guests about all products including membership and current promotions.
• Check people in and conduct transactions; assist with retail products and sales.
• Deliver belay checks, conduct floor walks, monitor the gym, and address concerns or unsafe behavior.
• Perform facility upkeep, projects and cleaning tasks; instruct Introductory classes.

JOB SUMMARY

Front Desk Closer team members are the face of Movement! They are the first point of contact and essentialto creating exceptional member and guestexperiences. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests
• Be a guide:
  • Provide a welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable presence in all interactions
  • Get to know members and guests, invite them into the community, and proactively guide them to products and programs that will help them achieve their goals
  • Bring psych and be a champion of the gym, speaking knowledgably about amenities, features, member benefits andperks, the community, and programs that make Movement special
• Execute front desk role functions, including (but not limited to)
  • welcome all members and guests, building genuine connections
  • conduct gym tours and personalized guided experiences
  • educate members and guests about all products including membership and current promotions
  • check people in and conduct transactions
  • assistmembers and guests with retail products and sales
  • deliver belay checks, conduct floor walks, monitorthe gym, and address concerns or unsafe behavior

• Ability to instruct Introductory climbing classes(training provided)
• Regular evening and weekend availability

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is a part-time position
• Starting pay at $19.68 - $20.50/hour, based on experience

• New hires will complete a screening process
• Scheduled shift times may vary from week to week or month to month. Must have afternoon and closing availability
