Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct visitors.
• Assist with front‑desk operations, including monitoring foot traffic and office communications.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and taking messages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
• Maintain organized and clean reception and common areas.
• Assist with special projects and events coordinated by the Dean’s Office.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive student and institutional information.
