Job summary

Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to manage patient check-ins, scheduling, and insurance verifications. This full-time receptionist role supports a patient‑focused clinic in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls and in‑person visits with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and skills.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with patients.
• Comfort using phone systems and computers.
• Preferred - Collaborative spirit and an ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Working in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Warmly greeting patients when they call or visit the clinic
• Answering questions, addressing concerns, and scheduling appointments
• Checking in patients when they arrive, checking them out when they leave, and scheduling follow‑up appointments
• Verifying Demo/insurance coverage and collecting co‑pays when appropriate
• Jumping in to help around the clinic as needed
