Quick Overview:

• Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Tackle:

Our Front Desk Receptionist is the friendly face and cheerful voice that greets callers/clinic visitors and assists them with whatever they need. You'll need an upbeat attitude, an attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused and organized throughout the day. You'll promptly answer incoming calls, answer questions, and address concerns. As patients arrive, you'll check them in for their appointment, verify insurance coverage, and collect co-pays when appropriate. Before they leave, you'll schedule a follow-up appointment to help ensure they stick with their treatment plan. You'll set the tone for the entire clinical visit and will help provide positive patient experiences!
