Planet Fitness in Mayaguez, PR is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet members, answer questions, process check-ins, and keep the front area tidy. You will support daily operations and ensure a welcoming club environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members with inquiries about membership options, policies and gym services.
• Check-in members as they arrive and handle membership-related transactions.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure the club is clean and welcoming.
• Educate potential members about benefits and services and encourage sign-ups.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet club goals and provide excellent service.
