Description

Job Overview: The Front Desk associate is the face of our service at the properties we support. These associates consistently interact with residents and guests, developing meaningful relationships that enhance our service quality. Most of our front desk associates work independently and without direct supervision, providing quality service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
  • Monitoring and controlling access to the building
  • Handling deliveries and packages
  • Greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in/out
  • Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
  • Resolving and following up on complaints/issues
  • Maintaining daily records and forms
  • Following safety procedures to maintain a safe environment
  • Performing other duties as needed

  • Ability to stay positive and diplomatic in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, and regulations

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work under usual office conditions
  • Prolonged use of a computer and phone
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb
  • On-call availability with flexible hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms

What We Offer: As a part-time non-exempt associate, you are eligible for full supplemental benefits, including dental and vision. Compensation: $19.00/hour paid bi-weekly. Schedule: Friday & Saturday (11pm-7am).
