Description

Job Overview: The Front Desk associate is the face of our service at the properties we support. These valued associates interact with residents and guests, developing relationships that enhance our service quality. Most work independently and without direct supervision, providing excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
  2. Monitoring and controlling access to the building
  3. Handling deliveries and packages
  4. Engaging with residents; checking guests and service providers in/out
  5. Monitoring fire alarm emergency response system
  6. Resolving and following up on complaints/issues
  7. Maintaining daily records and forms
  8. Following safety procedures to ensure a safe environment
  9. Performing other duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
  2. Ability to stay positive and diplomatic in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent organization, motivation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong customer service skills
  5. Effective communication and guidance abilities
  6. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, and regulations
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to work under typical office conditions
  2. Prolonged use of a computer and phone
  3. Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb
  4. On-call availability and flexibility for extended hours and weekends
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  6. Ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms
What We Offer:

As a part-time non-exempt employee, you will be eligible for full supplemental benefits, including your choice of dental and vision coverage.

Compensation: $18.00 Hourly, paid bi-weekly

Schedule: Thursday - Saturday (11pm-7am)
