Job summary

PDK Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the Holiday Inn Portland Airport. In this role, you’ll make a lasting impression by welcoming guests with a friendly smile and assisting them throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, as well as provide information about local attractions.

What You’ll Do

• Process payments and balance shift transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.
