Spire Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for the Hilton Garden Inn Portland/Lake Oswego. You will warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and stay, collaborating with a courteous front desk team to craft memorable experiences.

This role requires one year of front desk or guest-facing experience, strong computer skills with MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. We offer full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.

• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite‑Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
