Job summary
SafeSplashSwimLabs Newington is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome clients, manage inquiries, and support class scheduling and sales. You will maintain accurate client records, process payments, and assist with donations and events in a busy swim facility.
We value a happy, professional demeanor, strong customer service focus, and reliable, flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Experience with Microsoft Office and basic retail is a plus.
Qualifications
- Happy and professional disposition
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite
- Dependable and flexible schedule; may require evenings and weekends
- Swim lesson and/or competitive swimming experience; CPR & First Aid certified (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome and direct clients and visitors
- Maintain client accounts; record information and process payments; schedule classes and appointments
- Assist clients with retail merchandise and manage retail sales
- Prepare and track donations to non-profit organizations
- Schedule, promote and participate in special events; keep client communications updated in lobby
