CDA Precast LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors. This in-person, full-time role emphasizes a welcoming, organized front office and efficient support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and assist customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors.
• Help customers with will-call orders, including checking orders and directing customers to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with production, sales, dispatch, and other departments as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming front office.
• Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and other general office duties.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
