Retro Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Dallas to be the friendly first point of contact for members and guests. You will check in members, promote services, and help members reach their fitness goals with a welcoming, on-brand experience.

The role involves handling inquiries, processing payments, and supporting daily gym operations with a positive, energetic attitude. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to upsell memberships, supplements and services.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in all members and guests.
• Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training.
• Answer questions, resolve billing issues and track front desk activity.
• Keep the front desk area clean, stocked and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day operations and team communication.
• Create a fun, professional and helpful experience for everyone.
