Job summary

MÜV Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to be the face of our gym. You will greet members, answer questions, resolve issues, and perform administrative duties at the front desk.

Responsibilities include touring prospective members, handling check-ins, and upholding gym rules while maintaining cleanliness and safety for all. A positive attitude and interest in health and fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upbeat, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Provide high level of customer service and resolve issues.
• Answer phones and assist with member check-ins at the front desk.
• Lead tours for prospective members highlighting facilities.
• Maintain gym processes, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Enforce facility rules to ensure a welcoming environment.
