Responsibilities

• Answer multi-lined phone system and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Maintain service department records and file accordingly.
• Maintain sales department needed supplies and assure that weekly/daily documents are received in a timely manner.
• Keep reception, sales, and service areas neat and clean.
• Occasionally perform mail drop-off and pick up for the dealership.
• Sort incoming mail and send to the appropriate departments and dealerships.
• Greet all incoming and exiting customers.
• Work alternating Saturdays.
