Massage Envy Ramsey is seeking team members to deliver exceptional wellness experiences and help guests on their wellness journey. You will greet clients, explain Total Body Care, book services, and support retention with outreach.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Training is provided, plus benefits for full-time staff, including health coverage and retirement options, along with employee discounts.

Formación

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Great people skills; build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and promote the Wellness Program.
• Manage scheduling, bookings, calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
