Massage Envy Shoppes at Ramsey seeks a capable candidate to join as a leadership-track role designed to prepare you for an Assistant Manager position. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to all clinic leadership and operations areas to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Have prior leadership, supervisory, and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, gym, or hospitality setting
• Massage or wellness industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential with the ability to build relationships and positively influence others
• Are open to coaching and feedback and eager to learn all aspects of clinic operations
• Can participate in professional, respectful conversations — including performance and accountability discussions — with guidance and support
• Are passionate about helping create a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, recognized, and connected to the clinic’s mission

Responsibilities

• Learn and support daily clinic operations, including membership growth, retail sales, team support, deposits, inventory management, and compliance with all applicable laws and brand standards
• Partner with the management team to set goals, prioritize tasks, and review business performance to support continuous improvement
• Assist in resolving guest and member concerns while maintaining a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment
• Support team development by helping reinforce expectations, participating in training, and observing performance feedback and coaching conversations
• Build strong, professional relationships with employees, members, and guests while developing leadership confidence and communication skills
