Massage Envy Woodbury is hiring for a customer-focused role within our wellness-focused team. You will help clients select services, educate them on our Wellness Program, and drive retail sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. You’ll receive comprehensive training, a monthly perk of a free massage or skincare service, and benefits that support a balanced work/life experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills to build guest relationships.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; promote homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
