OneHope Forum in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and support daily operations at the front desk. You will handle guest requests, process check-ins/outs, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include assisting with room setup and breakdown, handling cash and credit transactions, and effective communication with guests and staff. Experience helpful; strong computer and calculator skills required.

Formación

• Front desk/ reception experience preferred.

Shifts available are 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends. Holidays are Mandatory.The Forum is a non-profit, Christian-based organization that provides ministry lodging, conferencing, and office space.Must be able to do room set up and breakdown. **Front Desk Agent:**Responsible for representing the ministry with a positive and professional attitude.Responsible for taking care of guest requests at the front desk/reception.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Previous front office or hotel experience preferred.Ability to work with computers.Ability to perform accurate functions using a calculator.Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests.The ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge, and a housekeeper.Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.Maintains professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers.Ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons.
