Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, your duties include:

  • Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions and check-ins
  • Promoting our Judgement Free Zone and supporting members’ fitness journeys
  • Handling member concerns and escalating issues as needed
  • Answering phones and assisting callers
  • Membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing
  • Conducting tours and assessing prospective members’ needs
  • Executing retail transactions and achieving sales goals
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and amenities
  • Addressing safety and cleanliness issues promptly
  • Reporting maintenance concerns
Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Demands
  • Standing and moving throughout the club
  • Communicating in person and on the phone
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Encountering chemicals during shift
  • Cleaning and sanitizing regularly
  • Moving, bending, and twisting as needed
