Atrium Hospitality, owner of Little Rock Embassy Suites, seeks a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest services at our Little Rock, AR property. This full-time role combines team leadership with hands-on front desk operations to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will manage labor, resolve guest concerns, and collaborate across departments to drive satisfaction and loyalty, with internal growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Physically able to lift and move as needed.

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office - You can navigate Word, Excel, and Teams like a pro.
• Flexible schedule availability - Hospitality never sleeps, and neither do you (well, not during your shift).
• Physically able to lift and move as needed - You're hands-on and ready to jump in when the team needs you.
