Job description

Workout Anytime Ellenwood is seeking a part-time membership sales coordinator who is passionate about fitness and changing lives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greet members and guests
2. Tour prospective members
3. Sell memberships
4. Provide security and control to the front door area
5. Check members into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
6. Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts
7. Register guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
8. Develop & maintain prospect lead generation through walk-ins, incoming calls, outside cold calls, referrals and business-to-business (B2B) contacts
9. Maintain a prospect lead follow-up system
10. Ensure guests and appointments are directed to the proper fitness consultant in a prompt, professional manner
11. Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner and use proper phone greeting techniques
12. Address caller's requests and/or take appropriate messages
13. Follow up on telephone inquiries
14. Deal with member requests, inquiries and concerns
15. Maintain neat appearance
16. Clean & maintain the front desk, gym floor and locker rooms according to Company standards
17. Responsible for gym walk-thru as designated in walk-thru logs
18. Follow proper opening and closing procedures as assigned
19. Log all maintenance concerns that are reported
20. Perform other duties as directed by the Membership Director (Club Manager) and Regional or General Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. High school diploma required
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Computer skills are required
4. Have an outgoing, fun personality
5. Be able to multi-task
6. Exhibit professional grooming standards
7. Be available to work weekends
8. Have reliable transportation
9. Live in the area

Potential employees' availability must be flexible to club's needs:

• Mornings 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Evenings 3:00pm - 8:00pm (or 9:00pm)
• Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Sundays 12:00pm - 5:00pm
