Role Responsibilities

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, your duties include providing superior customer service, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Specific responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, assisting with questions and check-ins
• Promoting the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys
• Resolving member concerns and escalating issues to management
• Answering phones and assisting callers
• Handling membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and payments
• Conducting prospective member calls and tours
• Executing retail transactions and driving sales
• Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and amenities regularly
• Monitoring club areas for safety and cleanliness issues
• Addressing maintenance concerns promptly

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided)
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club during shifts
• Communicating in person and on the phone
• Lifting up to 75 pounds
• Encountering chemicals, cleaning, and sanitizing tasks
• Moving and adjusting positions as needed
