The pay is $17.00 per hour. This is a part-time position with a schedule on Fridays and Saturdays from 7am to 3pm. Flexibility to cover additional shifts is preferred.

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses. You are the first point of contact for residents and guests, making a positive first impression. Responsibilities include monitoring the lobby, handling calls, requests, and deliveries.

Your goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with team members, management, and residents.
  • Following property systems for receiving and signing deliveries.
  • Facilitating contractor, realtor, buyer, and renter visits.
  • Advising residents and guests on property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Responding promptly to resident requests, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Engaging positively with residents.

The starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Historically, pay ranges between $16 and $17 per hour.
