Echo Bluff Lodge is nestled alongside Sinking Creek with expansive, breathtaking views of the park's namesake, Echo Bluff. The beautiful lodge overlooks a one-of-a-kind panorama that amazes all! We offer cabin and lodge guest rooms, retail gift sales and the Creekside Grill.

We're looking for a friendly, customer service driven Front Desk Associate to join our team!

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Associate will provide hospitality to all guests and visitors in addition to front desk duties involving efficient and timely reservations, check-ins / check-outs. Be an effective information resource regarding Park attractions and items of interest.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and provide relevant information about the park and lodge
  • Display a positive and pleasant demeanor
  • Handle guest reservations and room assignments
  • Keep front and back office areas organized and clean
  • Prepare daily deposit, drop receipts and follow all company cash handling procedures
  • Follow all specified procedures to audit the shift closing
  • Balance, audit for accuracy and transmit credit card batches
Position Requirements:
  • Must be able to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
  • Present a positive image of the company in an upbeat, professional manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles
  • Basic computer skills
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year customer service
