The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and handling various administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, supporting staff, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch break

Location: Tamarac, FL

Requirement: Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Greet and assist residents, vendors, and guests with association-related questions, issues, or concerns
  • Answer, direct, and log all calls received
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • Organize, maintain, scan, and label association files and documents
  • Update office databases and systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Draft, edit, and respond to emails and correspondence
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Perform basic IT tasks, such as troubleshooting and software updates
  • Take weekly inventory of office supplies and report to the Director of Operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and reception area
  • Retrieve and distribute mail timely
  • Check, log, and respond to voicemails daily
  • Review and respond to website registrations and contact requests daily
  • Ensure front doors are locked and reopened as scheduled
  • Familiarize with association-related information to assist residents effectively
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
  • Preferred experience in front desk or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with good customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
