• Handle Transactions: reconcile daily payments and cash drawer.
• Customer Service: answer inquiries about activities and general information.
• Confidentiality: protect guest information and issue keys properly.
• Coordinate with Staff: communicate with housekeeping and maintenance about room needs.
• Maintain Operations: keep front desk organized and prepare for the next shift.
