Job summary

MCR is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/S. Bixby. You will ensure a friendly arrival and departure experience, address guest needs promptly, and uphold the hotel’s service standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, using guest names, and maintaining check-in/out efficiency, rate awareness, and timely response to requests. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential, with flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns.
• Must convey information clearly.
• Must have a desire to serve all guests.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Arrive and clock in on time; no on-the-clock work.
• Clock in/out for breaks at designated times.
• Displayed punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and throughout stay with a smile.
• Use guests' names when possible to enhance welcome.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores through teamwork.
• Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
• Develop strong knowledge of room features and hotel amenities.
• Support events and hotel operations as needed.
• Answer calls with friendly service using approved greeting.
• Ensure check-in/out is timely and follow up after check-in.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of room rates and promotions.
