Job Title: Front Desk Agent

The Marriott Renaissance Hotel is seeking a creative and guest-focused front desk agent to join our team of fun-spirited members! Our newly renovated hotel features over 250 rooms and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers. The role requires working evenings and weekends.

Our property is close to the Mall of America and offers amenities such as a full-service modern American restaurant with a Minnesota twist, an indoor heated junior Olympic-sized pool, whirlpool, 24-hour fitness center, and a recent remodel with a Minnesotan theme.

The pay range is $17 to $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, there is a $500 retention incentive: $250 after 90 days and $250 on your first anniversary.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least one year in front desk or customer service roles; familiarity with MS Office; experience with hotel PMS systems like OPERA is a plus.
