General Hotels Corporation has an immediate opening for a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at our hotel. As the first point of contact, they ensure guests' stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

The responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Assisting guests with questions or concerns
  • Maintaining accurate guest records and room assignments
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Keeping the front desk area clean and organized

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency with hotel front desk software and equipment
  • Basic math skills
