We are currently hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our team. Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve issues.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hotel experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
  • Complete required shift paperwork, reports as assigned by the General Manager, and end-of-shift cash closing procedures.
  • Create guest reservations, complete guest registration, and apply charges and payments to guest folios.

Must be available days on weekends.
