Palihouse Hyde Park Village in Tampa seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and be the go-to source for hotel services. You will guide guests through amenities and local neighborhood highlights, building memorable guest relationships in line with our high standards.
The role requires a year of guest reception experience, superb English communication, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
