East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for an on-site position in Beaver Creek, CO. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and provide local recommendations to enhance stays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused approach with guest service mindset.
• Willingness to learn property management systems (TRACK).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests with a warm, polished welcome.
• Act as local Beaver Creek expert for dining and activities.
• Coordinate transportation and guest requests; anticipate needs.
• Handle issues confidently with a service-first attitude.
• Represent East West Hospitality and the Charter to guests.
